Orbit

Terms of service

The agreement between you and Orbit when you use the product. We kept it short and readable. Last updated September 1, 2026.

Your account

You need an account to make films. Keep your sign-in safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.

Your content

You own your prompts, your uploads and the films you make. You give us permission to store, process and render them only so we can provide Orbit to you.

Only paste links and upload material you have the right to use. You are responsible for making sure your films do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, hateful or deceptive content.
  • No films that impersonate people or companies.
  • No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
  • No reselling Orbit without a written agreement.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew each month until you cancel. Credits included in a plan reset each month and do not roll over; top-up credits never expire. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See pricing for current plans.

Availability

We work hard to keep Orbit running and publish our uptime on the status page. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we may change or remove features with reasonable notice.

Liability

Orbit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Orbit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
