How we work
How we work
Small on purpose
Orbit is built by a tiny studio. Your work reaches people within days, not quarters.
Remote
Work from wherever you do your best work.
Async by default
Writing over meetings. Decisions happen in documents, not calls.
Ship often
Small releases every week. Every release gets its own film, naturally.
