Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and workspace name.
• What you give us to make a film: prompts, links and any files you upload.
• The films you make and the edits you make to them.
• Basic usage data, such as which features you use, so we can improve them.
• Billing details, handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.

Links you paste

When you paste a link, we read the public page at that address to make your film. We only read pages that anyone could open without signing in. We keep what we read with the film so you can edit it later, and delete it when you delete the film.

How we use it

• To make, store and render your films.
• To run your account and bill you.
• To keep Orbit secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve the product, using aggregated usage data.

We do not train AI models on your films. Your prompts, sources and films are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run Orbit, such as hosting, storage, payments and email, under contracts that limit what they can do with it. We do not sell personal data.

Share pages

Films you share get a public page. Anyone with the link can watch it and remix its storyboard. You can make a share page private or delete it at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. A deleted film is gone within 30 days, including from backups. When you close your account, everything is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your settings, or by emailing privacy@orbit.video. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional rights, and we honor them for everyone.

Contact

Questions about privacy go to privacy@orbit.video. We answer within five working days.
